Cancellation and Refund Policy
​We strive to deliver excellent services to our customers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations. Below is our detailed policy for cancellations and refunds:
1. Software Services and Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Refund Amount:
• 80% of the total amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made 15-10 days prior to the scheduled date of service.
• In special cases, at our discretion, a 100% refund may be provided.
• Cancellation Period: Refund requests made less than 7 days prior to the service date are not eligible for any refund.
2. Video Production and Marketing Services
• Refund of Booking Amount:
• 50% of the booking amount will be refunded if cancellation is made within 10 days of the project date.
• 80% of the booking amount will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 15 days before the project date.
• Non-Refundable Cases: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the project date will not be eligible for a refund, except in extraordinary circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
General Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used.
Exceptional Circumstances
